Swedish Ambassador for the Caribbean countries, Claes Hammar, is in Haiti to give accreditation letter to the new president of Haiti. He profited this occasion to visit Hesse school supported by Star of hope in Haiti on January 23th. Hesse population feel honored and pride by a such important Swedish official visit. The Ambassador has been warmly welcome by 335 children and school staff on the school yard with National anthem, welcome speech, prayer, majorette and grateful message to all Star of Hope sponsors that support school reconstruction and children education in Hesse. After the welcome ceremony, he visited not only school construction but also all 9 class-rooms from preschool to 6th grade to have close relationship contact with each groups of children and the teacher. He visited also the old school and church that was destroyed by the earthquake. Hesse population is so pride of the Swedish Ambassador visit that he has been appointed Hesse Ambassador in the Nordic countries.
