Myrtha Dor filed this report about the StarTeam's accomplishments today. Since they have no internet access we won't have pictures until tomorrow.
"Enjoyable day at Jeanton. . Myrtha was a bit anxious asking herself would they achieve the goal as she saw such young people in the team but was proud to see them finish ahead of time. Construction team has very hard working men and dynamic resources. The team was divided into 2 groups, men working on the kitchen roof from 8 a.m by 11 a.m they were completely done while women distributed toys to the children where most of them received two.
The children as well were divided into 2 groups for play time. They were absorbed in many games such as football, frisbee, bubble bottle.
At lunch break 12:30, they couldn't help but make noise with their new toys, keep playing all around being so excited.
At 2 p.m the men started back at work with great enthusiasm painting the school building.
To end the day they had bible lesson where the team shown a song to the children who learned the song with Great Spirit: Yes Jesus loves me, the bible tells me so. As they knew the song in creole they wanted to teach also which the team agreed with. They had fun time sharing each other and were very thrilled with the funny way of the team singing in Creole.
